JOB SUMMARY
As an Asset Management Back-Office Agent you will help support Teleperformance IT hardware fulfilment for employees working from home, this is both the fulfilment of new starter and replacement hardware along with the processing of hardware returns from business leavers. The role will entail; fulfilment duties i.e. basic warehousing and stock order duties, being responsible for processing work orders, locating stock and packing items for shipment with couriers. In addition, the processing of packaged returns, testing and cleaning of IT hardware for general re-use. This will be an on site role based in Ashby de la Zouch.

WORKING HOURS
Flexible to be agreed with manager, but generally fully flexible Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

HOURLY RATE
National Living Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
As with all Teleperformance employees, the new hire will receive induction training
on TP values, standards and policies including security. Then systems training
followed up by training on the role with lots of coaching and support.
