Our aim is to develop partnerships with higher education providers, particularly in developing countries so that teaching centres deliver our programmes and students gain our qualification.
Summary/Purpose: Identifying new businesses, managing client relationships, using email and telesales activities to expand ISDC business within the sector and selected geographical regions. Sourcing, contacting, developing and working with new and existing ISDC overseas clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and develop leads in assigned countries/regions as directed by management
New business generation via telephone and e-mail sales activity
Following up on leads generated by other employees of ISDC
Record all activity by maintaining and inputting data to ensure effective customer relationship management
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with all partners
Develop and maintain market and competitor knowledge
Identify and follow up on new business leads
Develop a good understanding of ISDC clients and their working culture and environment
Develop and maintain market and competitor knowledge

Working in a results driven commercial environment, B2B Telesales environment
Client relationship management
Competent user of - Outlook /Word /Excel/Web Search
Planning, organisational and influencing skills
Adopt a proactive approach to new business generation

Shifts between the hours of 9-16:00 Earlier or later start and finish times can be agreed to suit the role holder One hour lunch break. Monday to Friday.
