JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a dynamic Client Partner to support our clients base and agency team.

The Role:

Supporting the senior team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to day-running of client accounts. The needs to develop effective working relationships with client contacts, and all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s output. You will get involved with solving problems, drafting internal, administration, external communications, and documenting progress on a variety of agency projects.

The responsibilities:

• Building good working relationships with client and agency contacts.
• Day-to-day project management including issuing of invoices, timing plans, planning of work and estimates.
• Attending client briefings and gathering relevant data to support the development of creative briefs in response.
• Preparing materials for presenting and selling creative work.
• Supporting the development of creative work by documenting client feedback and attending creative review meetings.
• Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating potential changes that may be required.

WORKING HOURS
9am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, with one unpaid hour for lunch 9am - 1pm Wedensday 9am - 5pm Thursday, with one unpaid hour for lunch

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
We will provide on the job training to help develop the young persons team work and communication skills. The young person will receive project management training from the Incorporated Practitioners in Advertising. The in-house training will be delivered by Shane Gammage, one week from our office.
