We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Community Nurses to work within our community teams based in South Warwickshire. This includes Stratford, Shipston, Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth,Alcesterand other surrounding areas.As a county we are proud of the services our community teams provide. They are developing ground breaking new services designed to help patients better manage their own conditions, stay out of hospital and use the latest systems and technology to provide the most efficient and effective health care possible. We have grown considerably in our community teams over the past few years and we need excellent people to continue our journey of innovation and development.Ideally you will have experience of working in a community setting however, if you don't have this experience but really want to work in the community we still want to hear from you.
