In this role, you will support the business to deliver a communications strategy that supports us in acquiring, growing, and retaining our customers.

You will champion telling our brand values and promoting our services to our target audiences, across all our core communications channels, in a creative and compelling way.

SKILLS NEEDED
- Have a good understanding of marketing practices, including digital and non-digital marketing.

- An eye for design and ability to apply and deliver creative content.

- Ability to read and understand data.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiar with using Social Media platforms

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Confidence in speaking with others online, in person, and over the phone.

WORKING HOURS
25hrs per week. Flexible days - Flexible hours

HOURLY RATE
National minimum wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
We will dedicate weekly and monthly workshops and 1-1 sessions to help develop the young person’s employability. These workshops and 1-1 sessions will be:

In addition to the ongoing weekly and monthly workshops, we will have monthly employability review sessions to give and receive formal feedback on the training to better understand their strengths and weaknesses. We will use these review sessions to identify potential areas that need to be improved for their future employability and implement an action plan.
