JOB SUMMARY
Working with the Change Manager to support the development of a strategic approach to change management, embedding a culture of best practice and developing guidance, tools and templates to allow changes to be objectively assessed and prioritised.
Co-ordinating and facilitating the change management process.
Co-ordinating and facilitating meetings and workshops.
Documenting and maintaining actions, risks and issues logs.
Providing support to develop process maps and delivery roadmaps.
Maintaining change management documents and software.
Collating information to be used in management reports.
Ensuring appropriate Project and Change Management templates are used in a consistent manner that helps monitor and track deliverables.
Carrying out other duties and administrative activities as required by the Change Manager, commensurate with the level of the role.

Originally a Musculoskeletal service provider operating out of the North East of England, the business has grown to become a medium sized enterprise providing a range of Community-based services to the NHS, alongside Occupational Health services to the Corporate sector. We are continually evolving our proposition to patient care, and we're building a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team where our clinical service provides care and expertise in chronic pain, rheumatology, and mental health alongside musculoskeletal therapy.

SKILLS NEEDED
Either previous project / change management support or a desire to work in this area.
Process driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise own workload.
Quality in their own work; attention to detail.
Works well under pressure with a proven track record of delivering against deadlines.

WORKING HOURS
25 hours - Fixed days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Fixed hours: 09:30 - 14:30

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
We offer a 6-month development programme which entails a monthly sessions covering skills in Teamworking, Communication, Interview skills, CV writing and digital skills.
There will also be a programme of on-line learning modules which will be linked to personal development.
