At Reid lifting, we would provide experience of working with innovative components and products with excellent manufacturing systems and procedures. Through our HR function, we would support our placements with relevant tips on how to prepare CVs and necessary supporting letters. Our preferred outcome for our placements would be for us to take both on after the 6-month programme and offer them the opportunity to do a mechanical manufacturing engineering level 3 pathway 3 apprenticeship.
