Who are we?

C&A Healthcare are a husband and wife team working within the Private Medical Insurance and Protection Industry. With 14 years’ experience of providing appointments for Sales Professionals to sell a range of Health and protection products.

We have opportunities within our team in Bolton for a trainee telesales lead generator making outbound calls to business to discuss Health and Protection and ultimately book appointments.

This is a commission based role so as well as your basic pay, commission will be paid for any leads you book.

The Roles and Responsibilities
• Making Business to Business (B2B) calls to promote private medical insurance or protection insurance.
• Updating database accurately
• Professional and courtesy at all times

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Groundwork as the Gateway organisation will provide wrap around support, signposting and brokering additional training and personal development support if needed. Each young person will access specific on the job training during their placement led by the employer. They will receive tailored and bespoke IAG to each young person based on their career aspirations and goals. Young people will have an individual action plan that will be continually reviewed during the placement. Regular ongoing support and coaching will be provided to the young person including employability support.
Young people will be referred or signposted to other services and activities in their local area if this is of interest and appropriate. Groundwork will ensure each young person completes a comprehensive induction, underpinned by tailored information advice and guidance interviews at key transition points during the programme along with intensive ongoing coaching throughout their placement.
We are keen to train someone in the role of Trainee Telesales Lead Generator, training will be provided and we offer a professional, positive, friendly and encouraging environment where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable experience.

Key Objectives:
• Quality of leads created against our standards
• Quality of calls made against our standards
• Number of Appointments Booked
• Number of Sales from the Appointments
• Number of positive customer feedback responses we receive.
