JOB SUMMARY
As a group of companies, we purchase land and property in and around Bristol for renovation and development and then often retain them as rental assets. We have predominantly been involved in refurbishment and conversion of existing properties but over the last couple of years have rapidly expanded into larger developments. As a result of this we decided to start our own in house architecture and building company to manage the entire process in house from purchase, concept & through to completion.

We are excited to be able to offer an initial 6-month contract due to funding from the Governments Kickstart Scheme. This role is for a Trainee Construction Site Supervisor, you will work alongside our Site Supervisors and Project Managers helping with their daily tasks. This will give you an invaluable insight into the role of a Construction Site Supervisor.

You can look forward to working alongside other members of the team and getting involved in a variety of specific tasks including: carpentry, bricklaying, groundworks, plumbing and general building with great opportunities to progress.

SKILLS NEEDED
No previous experience or qualifications required.

WORKING HOURS
Monday - Friday

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

1. Creating a development plan with the placement at the beginning of their employment
2. Assisting with a 3-month and end of placement review meeting

4. Providing employability skills training for all placements – this will consist of a CV writing workshop, interview skills training and career pathway planning sessions.
