Rockerbox News is a fresh start-up on a mission to change the way that young people access global news. We have a personalized app-based approach and are looking for a passionate, personable assistant to join our Customer Success team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is highly organised, enjoys meeting new people, and who effortlessly builds rapport with those they meet.
Our Customer Success Assistant will work directly with the Customer Success team to maintain and manage key relationships with our school clients. This will involve making phone calls to book meetings and training sessions, following up to receive feedback, helping to design and operate online webinars, and helping to set up Rockerbox News accounts.
The right candidate for this role will be confident making phone calls, organising training schedules, and developing relationships. Most client interaction will be online for now, but there may be travel involved to attend trade shows and conferences on the company’s behalf.
Working Hours: This role is initially 25 hours per week (5 hours a day Monday-Friday) at minimum wage. The goal is to increase hours and salary to a full-time position post this period, subject to performance. Paid holiday will be available on a pro-rata basis.
This is a remote working position so the right candidate will be a self-starter with a great work ethic who feels confident managing their workload independently.
