JOB SUMMARY
Providing classroom support to our experienced tutors supporting young adults to achieve their educational goals.

Winnovation Training is an independent training provider which supports health, social care and childcare providers across the North East. We pride our self on providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive working environment for all of our employees. We are relatively small in size which means everyone receives personalised support which enables them to achieve their carer goals.
Over the past 5 years we have supported over 400 people gain employment within Health, Social Care and Childcare.

SKILLS NEEDED
No experience or qualifications are required as full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will;
Have excellent communication skills

Follow guidance of the qualified teacher.
have good interpersonal skills
Be willing to learn
Accept advice and guidance.
be a positive role model for our learners.

WORKING HOURS
Fixed days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Flexible hours

HOURLY RATE
National minimum wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
The successful applicant will be allocated a mentor who will fully support you within your role.
Your will receive support to develop your employability skills and complete sector specific CPD and qualifications which will support you progress within the role.

Winnovation have a wealth of experience in delivering government funded contracts to candidates of various economic standing, including those who present the most complex and significant barriers to entering or returning to the labour market. Our team of employment coaches have vast experience in designing individual learning plans which create SMART targets for achieving candidates short, medium and long-term career goals.

All candidates will work toward our formal employability skills qualification which will include the following units designed to help the young person improve their job prospects
- Interpersonal Skills
- Communication & Teamwork
- CV Writing & Interview Techniques
- Mock Interviews

We will also provide vocationally led qualifications to assist with their career aspirations including formal teaching qualifications that are the entry level qualifications to accessing employment across our sectors. Winnovation will deliver matrix standard Information, Advice and Guidance to our kickstart candidates and will do all we can to support the young person in achieving their long-term career goals.
