Overall Purpose of the Job:
As Lead Generator, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, converting leads into qualified
appointments and pass this to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls on a daily basis to Cleanse Data, Landscape and find Sales
• To ensure Data is captured and recorded accurately
• To use company database to call customers
• To set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team
• To deal with customers in a professional manner at all times
• To attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required
• Good utilisation of our systems, in particular Salesforce and Artesian

the largest BT Local Business Franchise in the UK. We exclusively provide BT services and solutions
(telephone systems, data networks, broadband, mobile and cloud services) to business customers
throughout the South West.

• Have a good telephone manner
• Good written and verbal communication ability
• Be able to create appointment over the phone
• Be able to work independently and proactively
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Be able to present formally and demonstrate products you will be trained for
• Time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
• Preferred but not essential experience in phone sales and/or appointment setting

Fixed days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Fixed hours: 09:00 - 17:30

• They will have access to an online learning portal with additional training available to them at
all times to enhance and build on their knowledge on BT products and services
