The business currently identifies mis-sold business energy contracts and seeks to obtain compensation to the client. Your role will be to prospect for new clients and convince them to use our services, as a result the client will usually get money back for their business.

The candidate will work alongside management and will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities using both online and traditional methods. To cross sell products and services.
To research, gather, retain and utilise market knowledge and information to better understand the market and relate to potential clients.
To overcome objections with the aim of turning an objection into an opportunity.
To represent the business in a professional manner at all times whilst adhering to company values.
To plan and manage your day, responding to clients via email, mail and telephone accordingly.
To work towards business KPI’s.

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Resilience: Able to stay focussed and composed in stressful circumstances.
Willingness to learn: Also able to take on constructive feedback to better achieve business goals.

Computer literate – You will have knowledge and be able to recommend and use software to develop marketing campaigns both in print and online.

Flexible between 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
This will be provided for our placement by our Gateway organisation, WorkAdvisor. A ten-week e-learning programme covering all the requirements of the scheme. Progress will be monitored by WorkAdvisor and the employer.
