Pacifica Group Limited

The candidate will work within the Pacifica Finance team, based at Rainton Bridge Business Park (near Houghton Le Spring). This is a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising sales invoices
Processing supplier invoices
Dealing with queries
Accounting and administrative duties
Other responsibilities according to capability and appropriate to the post

Mathematical ability
Capable Excel user
Good verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to complete work within deadlines
Able to prioritise and organise workload
Ability to develop good team relationships
Good time management skills
Efficient administration skills

Monday to Friday, hours to suit

Employability support is provided through on the job experience with Pacifica Group Ltd plus MINT Business Club (as the Kickstart Gateway) are provided Zoom and Training platform based training covering Workplace etiquette, basic Digital Skills, Basic MSOffice Skills, Social Media, Communication, Customer Service, Confidence at work, Health & Safety, Writing Job applications / CV Writing / Interview Skills / Personal Presentation
This training will be provided by zoom on a bi-monthly basis to allow non attendees from the previous session to attend, plus it is made available on the MINT Business Club training platform.
The end result will enable Kickstarter on this scheme to conduct themselves in the workplace, have the confidence to ask questions to help their own situation, apply for other jobs and conduct themselves appropriately in an interview situation.
