JOB SUMMARY
Job Description/Duties:
Customer Success Intern will learn how to:
● Introduce process and best practice to lead clients to successful outcomes
● Follow-up directly with users through email, phone, and video calls and demonstrations
● Partner with Customer Success Managers to build awareness, strategies, and materials for addressing scalable opportunities for growth and risk reduction
● Through learning about our industry and tools, craft effective campaigns to increase adoption
● Review activity levels to identify clients and users in need of intervention
● Support a project end to end and setting milestones
● Manage their time effectively and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
● Use Project Management and collaboration software like Hubspot, Trello and G-suite

A customer success intern provides administrative and clerical assistance to a customer success or customer service team. Your duties in this career include drafting or revising marketing communications, answering inbound phone calls from customers, helping customers to resolve issues with products or services, providing them with additional information about their products, and directing them to useful resources about the brand. As the customer success intern, your responsibilities may include performing clerical work, such as filing, reviewing reports, assisting with the improvement of workflow and efficiency, and ensuring that the team can function smoothly.

● Interest or direct experience in SaaS (Software As A Service) Customer Success or Account Management

WORKING HOURS
Standard working week, 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

HOURLY RATE
Minimum wage for age group

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Alongside our own in-person training, that will provide basic skills in communication, team-work, time management and all skills needed to work alongside others in the workplace, we will provide unique and in depth training in the area of expertise, in this case Customer Success and the tasks involved around this listed in the job description.
