JOB SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has become available at Advance10. Duties will include to help extract and review CVs, schedule candidates in for interviews. Diary management. Day to day office work/admin. Arranging appointments. Take direct orders from the HR Manager. Scheduling calls, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Coordinate hiring activities. Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters). Prepare and post job ads online. Help with resume screening and initial phone screens. Greet and assist interviewees onsite. Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates. Process background checks. Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations). Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas). Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.

SKILLS NEEDED
Good phone manners. Communication skills. Basic computer skills.

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5

HOURLY RATE
NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Employability Skills Training:
This will be provided for our placement by our Gateway organisation, WorkAdvisor. A ten-week e-learning programme covering all the requirements of the scheme. Progress will be monitored by WorkAdvisor and the employer.
