What will you be doing as a Data Administrator?

  • Collecting, recording and reporting all data across the site and providing reports at specified times throughout the day
  • Working across several systems to pull data from different areas
  • General administrative duties and support across stakeholders on site
  • Monitor and reorder stationery, equipment and consumables where required
  • Supporting with Covid19 testing where appropriate
  • Ensuring the department operates in line with all company policies, procedures and agreed service levels
  • Escalate issues likely to affect the performance of the department, site or relationship with the customer to the Duty Ops Manager
  • Demonstrating Wincanton culture and values – Excellence, Integrity, Passion, Proactivity, Togetherness and Trust

Relevant skills and experience as a Data Administrator:

  • IT literate – knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel with the ability to learn new in house systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect data
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience from a warehousing/logistics background would be beneficial
  • Experience of stock management would be beneficial

As a Data Administrator you will be rewarded with:

  • 5 out of 7 days per week on a shift rotation basis (will include weekends)
