Job Purpose:

Operating as a member of the Resourcing and Facilities team, you will work closely with the HR and Training Coordinator and Head of Resourcing to maintain accurate employee records, assist with compliance and help with reviewing templates and processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Help maintaining Real Ideas HR online systems by ensuring they are up to date including uploading documents from personnel files on S drive
Scheduling, running checks, producing reports and issuing certificates for in-house training
Induction – assist with scheduling, reviewing and updating the current staff induction process
Assist with checking compliance with key employment and health & safety legislation
Help with formatting existing Real Ideas HR Templates
Help to automate and create workflows, e.g. intake forms, application forms, etc.
Creating and monitoring policy review timetables
Field general enquiries and ensure specific enquiries are signposted to the correct areas of business – adding value to these interactions where possible
General filing and office duties such as dealing with post, answering the telephone and booking appointments and travel arrangements for staff

Level 2 (or equivalent) Maths and English

Awareness and understanding of the need for confidentiality when collating and sharing commercially sensitive data
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Information Management Systems (IMS)

To be agreed

£9.50 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Direct support and mentoring from the HR & Training Coordinator and the Head of Resourcing.
