We work very closely with adult social services and the local NHS. We have been in business for over a decade and are still passionate about care like we were when we started the business.

Bluewood Recruitment are looking for someone to join their team to assist staff in the office with admin roles. The main duties of the office admin would be to welcome and direct visitors and perform clerical tasks like answering phone calls and responding to emails.

Key Responsibilities/ Main tasks
Filing paperwork and general organisation
Data entry
Answering phone calls
Handling customer queries
Basic admin duties
Booking interviews.
Call clients for feedback



Training
We provide full training, which is mandatory before commencing work, ongoing support will also be offered as a career development.





Covid-19

Office hours Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm Hours to be discussed with candidate at interview

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Business 2 Business will be providing the basic ‘wrap around support’ which will consist of online courses on basic work skills, support with the job search process, training on CV writing and interview preparation during the placement. Business 2 Business will also provide in work support, career advice and assistance with goal setting. In addition to the basic support, Business 2 Business as a training provider and approved gateway will support the individual to aid their long-term sustainability by allocating the young person a dedicated helpline and Kickstart Mentor who will provide all pastoral and process support. The Kickstart Mentor will provide the young person with advice and guidance and tip sheets on managing in work finances, budgeting, benefits advice and health and wellbeing support. The young person will also receive assistance with CV writing, interview coaching and pre application checks for the Kickstart placement.
The young person will also have access to an E-based employability skills workshop encompassing standard work skills and practices including good attendance, time keeping, communication, teamwork, dress code, health, safety and security procedures and COVID-19 policies and sick leave and absence arrangements. The young person will also receive E-based first day at work preparation covering what to take on their first day, journey planning, in work benefits advice and access to a travel to work scheme. Business 2 Business will also partner with voluntary organisations to provide the relevant training to support participants with Specials Education Needs to successfully obtain and sustain employment. Additionally, the young person will also receive a Kickstart Scheme Qualification Certificate on completion of all training modules and membership to the Kickstart Ambassador Scheme upon completion on the placement. Business 2 Business will also provide post placement support and additional free online courses after the six-month placement.
