An exciting opportunity for a driven, goal-oriented & creative Digital Marketing / Sales Executive, to join Eh-Co and help spread the word about their brand. We require a motivated person to come on board and help us grow awareness through a rock solid social media strategy & to drive engagement. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a company that is moving to be the leader in its current space.
Eh-Co is a challenger brand, family run artisan outfit, we make a range of handcrafted and deliciously extra hot chilli oils, chilli pastes, spice rubs and hot sauces. In our range, you will also find a range of flavours of our uniquely moreish candied coconut snack, CocoSweet. Eh-Co began life in 2018 when to honour her dad’s memory, Ndah started producing chilli oils from a decade’s oil family recipe which was her dad’s. Head to www.eh-co.co.uk to find out more. Understand our growth vision and plans and support the development of a digital marketing, content marketing and engagement strategy.
Design and manage campaigns across digital marketing channels including social media ads, SEO, marketing emails & anything else related to digital marketing.
Engage with community to secure prospect feedback.
Support influencer marketing strategy & engage with social media influencers.
Working with the Social Media Content Creator to optimise the performance of paid social campaigns.
Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Update our websites as needed
List products on other marketplaces
Interact in Facebook groups to grow interest and awareness
Work with Social Media Content Creator to define content pillars to ensure the social media strategy is aligned to individual platforms.
Analysing the performance data across social media platforms.
Carrying out competitor analysis.
Write informative and SEO/Keyword rich blogs
Create, promote and manage giveaways
Email Marketing Management
Approach (Phone or Email) new corporate customers to make sales
Connect with Ideal Buyers on Social media or otherwise and make relevant introductions.

SKILLS NEEDED
A teachable individual with a palpable passion for what will turn customers into tribal fans.
Basic understanding of digital brand marketing & SEO
Proactive, positive with lots of enthusiasm & determination.
Creativity & problem-solving & a passion for sales!
A sociable, confident & approachable person - a large part of the job is getting to know & building relationships with potential new subscribers.
Excellent communication & presentation skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail, organised & good time management skills.
Willingness to learn & develop new skills.
Proactive, positive with lots of enthusiasm & determination.
Ability to work as part of a team to brainstorm ideas / a great team player.
Ability to work independently (and remotely) and to think outside the box.
A sense of fun & humour!
IT equipment will be supplied if required
Involves Remote working/Socially Distanced On-Site working – Will involve travelling to support the business on as and when required
