The Marketing and Sales Support Executive will gain knowledge and skills to enable them to support the Marketing and Sales Manager on key projects such as:
Designing and delivering marketing campaigns
Online event management
Social media activity
Delivering excellent service to potential customers throughout the sales process

The successful candidate will:
Learn and work with various types of software for digital marketing.
Work closely with sales and marketing department.
Learn how to creating marketing materials.
Develop towards leading online software demonstrations with support.
Gain knowledge and skills to provide administrative support to the marketing and sales manager for events and sales.
Learn how to prepare, format and edit a range of documents.
Develop an understanding of company product and brand.
Learn how to create and interpret a variety of reports.
Learn how to updating social media accounts.
Develop the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent service to potential customers.

SKILLS NEEDED
We are looking for someone who is:
Able to gain the skills to manage their own time effectively
Excited about a career in marketing or sales
Interested in business to business social media techniques and community building
Able to use a computer to complete tasks
Focused on delivery excellent customer service
Own transport may be required or access to public transport

WORKING HOURS
Between hours of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Daily check-ins with line manager, ongoing feedback and clear expectation setting from the outset of the placement.
Ongoing mentoring by line manager, participation in team meetings, work that allows the young person to develop both written and verbal communication skills. Both online and face to face.
Internal training on all aspects of the role, plus any external training will be sourced if a need is identified.
Support from senior leaders to develop CV and interview techniques as a result of our extensive experience working in this space.
