We currently have two vacancies for a Community staff nurse in a health visiting team based in Hillingdon. You will be supporting the Children's Universal Health Service 0-19 teams in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to children aged 0 – 5 years and their families.
The Health Visiting Service is part of the integrated 0-19 service in Hillingdon and recognised as delivering aninnovativeandprogressiveservice. Hillingdon is a richly diverse outer London Borough, which brings challenges and rewards for practitioners.
You will hold a first level registration together adult, mental health or child branch, if you are due to qualify in the next few months you are also welcome to apply.
We believe that the best health care is delivered by multi-disciplinary teams working well together and in partnership with other teams and services to provide seamless care. Staff nurses work as part of a skill mixed team and you will contribute to the success of the team by being an effective role model.
