JOB SUMMARY
Treekit is looking to welcome their latest member of the team to their new offices based at Three Legged Cross. Our primary function is to develop, manufacture, and distribute innovative products for tree people. We are looking for a Customer Service Operative to be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, warranty claims and sales. If you enjoy speaking to customers, administration, and working in a fast paced team, where no two days are the same, we would love to welcome you to the team. The successful candidate will join an experienced and dynamic team, with the opportunity to learn and develop with this fast paced growing company. As a emerging company you will be expected alongside the wider team to get involved as needed with all aspects of the day to day running of the business, this will include packing deliveries, preparing for meetings and assisting with the set up of our in house courses.

Based at our new offices in Three legged Cross on the new Axis 31 Business Park. Therefore would suit a candidate with their own transport.

Processing online sales and preparing for shipping
Preferred Experience
Previous customer facing role
Confident and polite phone manner
Attention to detail
Eager to learn (self starter)
Team player
An interest in climbing, or outdoor pursuits or ArborCulture would be beneficial but not essential
Due to our location own transport would be of benefit but not essential

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday. 10am to 3pm.

HOURLY RATE
£10.00

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Full training and daily support provided on site by a mentor /experienced colleague.
Online training from our systems partner.
Possibility to undertake specific industry training / certification (rope access course and others) if this suits the candidate (not compulsory).
