We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and energetic individual to join our fulfilment and customer services team on a part-time basis.

This is a 6-month part-time contract and will be based from our Storage facility in Kings Cross in London. The successful candidate will receive training in logistics, order control, fulfilment and management of our e-commerce platform.

Fulfilling customer orders
Processing customer returns and queries
Supporting general admin relating to customer orders
Customer service on social channels and platforms
Operating our Woo Commerce Platform to manage customer orders

A careful eye for detail and desire to do a great job
Passionate about customer service and experience
Strong communication skills
Enthusiastic and motivated approach to work
Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as part of a small, close team

Nice to have
Accustomed to communicating using tools such as Zoom, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Slack etc.

National Minimum Wage

1. On the job training (On-going)
Skills training will be provided by way of on the job training according to the needs of the role.

2. Mentoring (Monthly)
The employee will be allocated a dedicated mentor to help develop the necessary skills to perform job tasks. Each month, employees will have the opportunity to discuss their experience as well as get feedback on their progress.

The following employability support will be provided by an outsourced provider: UKCG Ltd.

3. CMAP Career Motivation Analysis Profile (Month 5 Online)
The Career Profile is an online psychometric assessment for career guidance and planning. The tool identifies the personality characteristics and natural abilities of the employee. These are used to generate job recommendations based on key interests and how well suited they are to various careers.

4. CV Writing Workshop (Month 5 Online)
A one-to-one CV writing workshop will provide the necessary support to prepare a professional CV. The workshop will help articulate the most relevant skills and duties performed to create a finished CV to apply for new roles.

5. Career Advise Workshop (Month 5 Online)
A one-to-one session with a careers advisor will help to explore career options and goals. The results of the CMAP profile will also be utilised to create a suitable and relevant career plan.

6. Interview Skills Coaching Session (Month 5 Online)
A fully personalised interview coaching session to help employees improve their interview skills & techniques. This session aims to help the employee build confidence, whilst answering challenging interview questions in a positive manner.
