Flying Start Day Nursery
To contribute a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Setting and follow the EYFS - Early Years Foundation Stage.
To give support to other personnel within the Setting.
To implement the daily routine in each room.
Work with Children
RESPONSIBLE TO - Room Leaders, Deputy Manager and Managers
HOURS OF WORK - Monday to Friday start and finish times on rota system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To contribute to a planned programme of activities suitable to the age range of children in conjunction with other staff.
Work alongside carers of special needs children to provide full integration in the Setting
Support all staff and engage in a good staff team
Uphold standards within the Setting by adhering to all policies and procedures
To be flexible within the working practices of Setting. Be prepared to help where needed, including to undertake certain domestic jobs within the Setting, e.g. preparation of snack, meals, cleaning of equipment and administration tasks etc.
No experience or qualifications required but we would prefer a candidate with GCSE English Grade 4 or above. We are looking for a hardworking, committed member of staff who is keen, enthusiastic and wants to become an integral part of our team.
Monday to Friday start and finish times on rota system. The shift patterns will fall between 7.45am to 6pm. There may be additional hours
