JOB SUMMARY
Tasks and responsibilities:


Supporting with marketing events and promotion of Voi’s services, including by helping riders with questions about Voi how to create a Voi account and safely ride a scooter
Under supervision, carry out minor maintenance and repairs of the scooters in the field and in the warehouse. This will also include learning to use the Voi Repair Management System to report and manage repairs
Working with the local city success team to implement initiatives (including public policy, marketing and commercial) related to Voi’s services in the city
When required, support the logistics surrounding the collection and deployment of Voi scooters and batteries. Ensuring this process is conducted in a smooth and efficient way, in order to minimise the amount of time that vehicles are waiting for collection or deployment.
Conduct in field quality checks, including by ensuring scooters are parked correctly and in accordance with city requirements.
Relocating scooters from low demand to high demand areas
Evaluate and provide feedback to city success team on current and potential parking locations
Assist with recovering lost and missing scooters
Provide input on strategies to deter anti-social behaviour
Node identification (predetermined area in the cities) and city mapping support.

What you need:
A god understanding of; English (Spoken & Written)
Provisional driving license minimum
A smartphone with data is preferred but not essential(A work phone may be arranged on a case by case consideration)
Customer service skills or an approachable nature
Strong problem solving abilities
The ability to see the bigger picture and recommend process improvements

SKILLS NEEDED
A provisional licence due to the need to ride Voi’s. Customer service skills and confidence are a great addition but technical knowledge (the ability to use a smartphone is vital.

Thursdays - Saturday 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00
