Qualified Teaching Assistant in Richmond We are looking for a qualified teaching assistant for September!This remarkable opportunity to be a part of a proactive and energetic group of educationalist in Richmond with Career Teachers. Giving you the chance to work under the guidance of a designated team in high achieving primary schools across the borough. All schools will be situated within a 30-minute journey from your doorstep.Qualifications and RequirementsAll the below requirements are essential for this position:5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.And/orLevel 2/3 in Support Teaching in Schools QualificationLevel 3/4 Early Years Education QualificationLevel 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in SchoolsandPrevious teaching support experience with in a UK primary school (not key stage dependent)Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.DesiredLevel 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in SchoolsAny specialist SEN training - PECKS, MAKATON etc.Restraint / personal care training and experienceAny CDP/ higher education qualifications in education and specialist supportInterviews are being held for shortlisted applicants.At Career Teachers we are fully compliant with Agency Worker Regulations, ensuring you receive equal treatment for pay and conditions after a 12 week qualifying period.
