Summary


The Capacity and Flow clinical business unit sits within the corporate operations department at North West Anglia Foundation Trust (NWAFT). The CBU includes the Site managers, transport and discharge teams and also works closely with the other three clinical business units in supporting effective and efficient patient flow across the Trust.

The performance administrator is responsible for providing support across the capacity and flow clinical business unit to manage day-to-day divisional business, including diary and administrative support for the CBU management team and for providing support to the team to deliver their improvement and transformational project activities.

The performance administrator will:
• Provide full administrative support to the Capacity and Flow management team, document and data management
• To support the team in organising and preparing for meetings including agenda preparation, paper collation and taking minutes / action notes including administration for divisional governance meetings
• To work with the Performance and Project coordinator to support on daily performance management activities across the division including collation of relevant performance information
• Working with the Performance and Project coordinator, provide a coordinating function for the divisions day to day business, including oversight of divisional HR requirements), complaints and risk management, policies and procedures and finance
• Supporting the development and coordination of relevant project documentation and improvement plans as required by the teams.
• Support the development of performance improvement plans, as directed by team leads and ensure oversight through agreed divisional governance routes
• Provide administrative support to the coordination of patient flow information to inform the rest of the organisation on the divisions activities including production of newsletters and communications
• Ensure all data collection and processing undertaken is consistently accurate and timely and complies with the Trust Data Quality Policy and local procedures.
• Undertake any other similar duties in line with the key purpose of the job
