An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) to support delivery of the Trusts ambitious Transformation and Digital Innovation Programmes. We are looking for an individual with the ability to demonstrate a methodical and structured approach to planning, monitoring and data analysis who also has an understanding of service improvement methodologies and the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a key role within the PMO, working alongside clinical and operational staff to plan and deliver schemes relating to both the Trusts Transformation Programme and Digital Innovation Programme. The post holder will:
• Be responsible for the dynamic management of project RAID and for managing processes to develop cost saving and service improvement ideas through inception to delivery; and
• Apply project management methodology to support the improvement of Trust services and, together with the Senior Programme Manager and Clinical Lead for Digital Innovation and Transformation , facilitate and monitor progress to ensure delivery of value for money and effective and sustainable improvements for patients and staff.
