You will start your career with out client WITHIN THE Compliance department.

Graduate Compliance Role

Initial duties will involve:

• Assist with the management of - drivers hours and Working Time Directive
• Ensuring Depots are maintaining standards – ensuring basic requirements have been met -
• Trailer servicing and MOTs – ensuring all sites are legal and compliant – Liaising with the central fleet department and all Depot Operations
• Assist in collating daily/weekly reports
• Send out daily reports to operations and senior teams
• Good computer skills, Proficient in windows (excel, word), email and able to pick up in house packages including (Microlise, Trailer Eye, Tops, Vision)
• Liaising with third parties relating to Fleet, Road Traffic Accidents, integrating Vehicle CCTV systems etc. Supporting the Distribution Compliance Manager in their duties. Completing audits relating to transport solutions.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Degree in business, logistics, analytical or economics related fields
• Relevant experience is desirable

• IT literate, with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

HOURS OF WORK: Please note when you first start you may work 5 days a week and then be moved onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Hours tend to be based around 7am – 5pm or 8am – 6pm with a 1hour break.

SALARY: £21,000 - 25,000 - strong progression and opportunity to earn extra in overtime

HOLIDAY: Four weeks plus bank holidays, after 3 years entitlement increases by 3 days

• Pension: After 12 months you can join the Company contributory pension scheme (Employee contributes 6% and Company contributes 6%)
