Summary

Compliance Manager

Location: Home based, remote.

Salary: £23,700

Do you have a passion for quality, audit & compliance?

Working for an industry leader you will play an important role in supporting the business in mitigating risk across their operation through the delivery of compliance checks. You will also manage the company’s Quality Assurance programmes and prepare the business for ISO audits and external client audits.

Working in a small team, you will be able to manage your own workload in a pro-active fashion ensuring deadlines are always met, whilst maintaining a high standard of delivery.

You will have:

Prior experience in a compliance, quality or audit role
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Strong admin skills with the ability to multitask
Strong decision making skills with a positive can-do attitude
The ability to improve processes, solve problems and enhance efficiencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines


Your role will include:

Supports compliance across the business with relevant policies, regulations and laws
Carry out regular audits on critical business processes and policies as part of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements
Maintain company quality manuals in line with ISO 9001 requirements
Collate and control all policy documents specific to quality/audit/compliance
Support maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Strive to make improvements to working practices
Respond to all subject access requests within the necessary timescale
To ensure all data protection rules are adhered to in order to identify and manage risk to the company
To resolve compliance difficulties as they occur
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and correct process and audit procedures for client requirements to highlight and mitigate risk
To undertake all relevant training
To ensure all external audits are passed to a high standard
To raise non-compliances in a professional manner
