Summary

Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work on an temporary assignment at our well known Public Sector client based in Dalkeith.

12 Weeks
£10.00
35 hours per week
Must be flexible as will be home and office based

The main duties would be:

- Dealing with incoming phone/E-mail queries
- Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
- Data Input
- Adhoc admin duties

Essential:

- Strong admin skills and excellent telephone manner
- Experience using MS Word, Outlook and Excel if possible.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using their own initiative
