Leading Coffee Supplier - Customer Service Calls
(Inbound Calls working from home)
Training starts on 11th October and will last for 5 weeks, with the training being your choice of 10am to 2pm OR 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. (We also have training starting 15th November if this is more suitable).
Training is carried out from home in an online virtual classroom and must be attended 100%.
The role will involve:
-Assisting customers with enquiries relating to: New member, Troubleshooting, Order tracking & Promotion queries.
-Demonstrate active listening and communication skills to solve customer concerns for Customer Satisfaction, ultimately avoiding escalation.
-Making informed decisions to resolve customer issues and set follow up calls as required.
-Be genuinely interested in providing the customer with an exceptional customer service experience.
You will need to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for this role (4 hours of which must be over the Sat, Sun, Mon)
-Hours available for this role once training has been completed will be between 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.
For this role, you will need:
Laptop or PC (Not an all-in-one desktop) with at least 4GB of Ram, An i5 or i7 processor, Windows 8 / 8.1 or Windows 10 and a Screen at least 17" (or if using a laptop with a screen smaller than this, a second monitor at Least 17" connected to your laptop.)
**Please note that Macs are not supported**
-Wired connection to broadband (Fibre broadband at least 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload) n. B Wireless is not permitted and will not work
-Noise cancelling VOiP Headset for your PC or Laptop (Examples on our website)
-8GB blank USB stick
Please note: This role is on a self-employed basis therefore you would need to arrange payment of your Tax and National Insurance to HMRC-but we can help you with this so please don't let this put you off.
And we will be here to help and support you along the way during the admissions process, through training and going forward once you have certified.
A criminal record check will need to be provided to us but we cover the cost for this. As the role is self employed, you need to pay to complete the training. This is currently £15.99 paid to our training provider who carries out the training online with you (You will not pay this if you don't pass the initial assessments so don't worry). The fee has to be in place to try and prevent the number of people who were applying and then not doing the training. We are happy to pay this fee back to you after you have worked 80 hours for us providing you completed the process as per the directions we will email you.
This role always fills up very quickly so, please be prepared to complete assessments within 24 to 48 hours of you applying.
