Summary

Sunrise of Virginia Water are recruiting for a Bank/Casual Receptionist to join their team. There are no set hours each week, you will be offered shifts as and when required.

As theReceptionist,you provide the first impression for all visitors into the Sunrise community. You will be responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. TheReceptionistprovides an overview of community information to those enquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts. Other responsibilities include monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, cleanliness as well as general administrative duties. It will be your role to support the welcoming and supportive feeling of a Sunrise community.
About you

- Proven experience in a customer service role is required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills.
- You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organised record keeper.
- Had both COVID-19 Vaccinations, or be willing to have both. (This becomes government legislation on 11th November 2021)
