Join us as a Support Worker and see the positive difference you can make!
Could you support Ben, Joe and Gary* to live life on their own terms? They love trainspotting, swimming, going to the park, bus trips and movies. They're aged 23 - 30 and are looking for Support Workers who will applaud their achievements as they focus on becoming more independent.
Join our close-knit team in Abingdon and learn what a really satisfying career can look like.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, and you'll take your turn on a rota which includes days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
You don't need experience as a support worker or care assistant. If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. We provide all the formal training and day-to-day support you will need, all free of charge. This role may also suit if you have an interest in psychology, or want to make a career specialising in supporting people on the autistic spectrum.
We are looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected.
If you can drive that would be an advantage.
