An exciting opportunity has opened up in the Management Advice Service team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a split role whereby the postholder will be required to carry out all HR Administration activities which fall outside of the remit of Recruitment/Lead Employer teams and process them in a timely and accurate manner as well as being first point of contact for queries which come directly into Group Corporate Shared Services relating to Payroll, Pensions, Management Advice and Lead Employer. These will be resolved using FAQ data and escalated upwards when they fall outside of the resolutions they can provide

The post holder is the first point of reference and as such must display a considerable degree of initiative and judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with service users.

The post holder will provide a provision of high quality, responsive, streamlined service to managers and employees within the trust which includes:
• Date Entry (Both numeric and non-numeric) into Oracle system
• Ensuring that Managers and Employees are provided an accurate and quality service.
• Ensuring that all administrative KPI’s are adhered to.
• Working within the policies and procedures, ensuring that audit requirements are met at all times and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
• Appropriate application of Data protection rules.
• Assisting the necessary Shared Services Teams by delivering comprehensive administration support where needed.
• Assisting with the triaging and resolution of helpdesk calls received

The post holder will work alongside the ESR Manager Self-service and Management advice team to support with daily tasks across the teams.

The post holder will use various systems including Electronic Staff records (ESR), Health Jobs UK (TRAC), and a call system to ensure that all communications are recorded and dealt with in timely manner.

The post holder will be required to work independently using initiative, and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work. To undertake non-routine duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines. The post is managed rather than supervised.
