To provide a high standard of healthcare by assisting with and carrying out a range of duties as directed by the nurse in charge and in line with individual care and treatment plans for allocated patients on a shift by shift basis.

The post holder will carry out assigned tasks involving direct/indirect service user care and support service users under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

The post holder will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values service users’ choice and works alongside them and their carers to ensure they are at the centre of care planning.
