An exciting & rare opportunity for an experienced, motivated & forward-thinking administrator has arisen to join the Department of Paediatrics.
In this role you will act as an integral member of the Paediatric Directorate to provide Data & Governance support to the Chief of Service, Management Team and further directorate.
This post is designed for someone with good organisational skills, a retentive memory and an ability to work on one’s own initiative. The maturity and ability to work with senior staff also is essential for this role

Act as an integral member of the Paediatric Directorate Team to provide Data & Governance support to the Chief of Service, Management Team and directorate
To prepare presentation documentation for meetings, project seminars, and
presentations creating and designing PowerPoint presentations as appropriate
To arrange meetings as necessary, to include contacting invited members,
arranging venue maintaining attendance register and database.
Respond to callers and/or visitors promptly and courteously, identifying their needs, providing information, or referring them as appropriate to the relevant team
To work flexibly across both trust sites to ensure that the division is supported appropriately including administration work for departmental reports, risk registers and other documents
Assist in the Management of the Paediatric & Neonatal Risk Register and other documents/databases
