Come join our team, as we are looking for 3 new team members to join us as Wellbeing and Staff Engagement Facilitators. You will be a pivotal role, walking the shop floor to enhance our presence and awareness of our services as well as delivering key support services and projects. Each facilitator will be paired with specific Divisions to help build relationships within areas, get to know our staff really well and become a role model of our services.

You will be joining an evolving and welcoming team and will be given a full induction programme to enhance your existing wellbeing and staff engagement skills. We are open to colleagues from across all staff groups and backgrounds to diversify our experiences and learning with the team.

This is a new pilot role for 9 months, as either a secondment or Fixed Term Contract. The post is full time, however we would be consider part time with a minimum 30 hours. If you have a clinical registration, we can discuss how to upkeep your pin/registration alongside the role (e.g. release 1x a month for a clinical shift).

All new staff appointed to posts at the Trust will be subject to a 6 months probationary period. This will give new staff members an opportunity to become familiar with the culture and working environment of the Trust.
