This role is intended to ensure that Henley Business School can fully realise its educational objectives, focussing on a blended learning approach for an audience of busy professionals and mature students. This will be achieved through the application of best practice in instructional design and adult learning theory.
Working as part of a team, you will be required to produce/develop high quality digital learning materials that are engaging, creative and innovative to provide a coherent experience across programmes.
You will also be required to follow quality assurance processes to ensure a high quality output of content.
Main duties and responsibilities

- You will be responsible for creating and developing innovative digital learning products across a variety of programmes within the Business School, using our VLEs (Canvas/Blackboard/Future Learn) and a variety of tools.
- You will work closely with Instructional Designers, technical teams and internal subject matter experts on each project. You will need to understand and apply the Instructional Designer’s vision and translate it into a concrete form.
- You will ensure on timely delivery of digital content as per the project schedule.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to create engaging, user friendly and inclusive learning experiences, using different tools, strategies, programming, and creativity to make the Instructional Designer’s vision come to life.
- Create innovative and interactive digital assets to enhance the content (graphics, animations, gamification, etc.).
- Upload digital content onto our VLEs.
