West Highland Housing Association is a charitable organisation working in the Oban and Lorn area. We are recruiting for two Repair Assistants for our office based in Oban.
Repairs Assistant (2 posts), EVH Grade 4 Salary £21,323 – £24,112
Be an advocate for the customer through the delivery of a professional, friendly reactive repairs service as the primary customer contact. Undertake repairs diagnostics, log repairs, schedule repairs appointments, complete customer surveys and issue work to the Association’s contractors.
The post requires you to work collaboratively and be supportive of colleagues across organisation. As a Repairs Assistant, you will actively contribute to and embrace all aspects of digital working across the business area; identifying opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
