JOB SUMMARY
A hardworking Inventory Executive to take over conducting property inspections and tenancy check outs on a timely manner and of a high standard. Also provides and collates photographic evidence and input notes accordingly on the company app.

This role will be perfect for an individual who enjoys being on the field and has experience working in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS NEEDED
An organised individual with good observation skills, a full UK driving license and has own vehicle.

WORKING HOURS
Inspection Schedules will be set in these hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Starting point:
Careers IAG: Careers information, advice and guidance session to help young people make informed decisions about learning, training and work.
CV ‘MOT’: An in depth review of an existing CV including content and presentation.
Individual Action Plan: Setting key milestones, actions and aims for their placement.

Ongoing support:
Employability Skills Workshops: Basic employability skills covering attendance, timekeeping, communication, teamwork, traveling to work.
CV Writing Workshops: Advice on creating, writing and tailoring a CV to jobs.
Job Search Support: Ongoing supported job search to find and apply for relevant jobs.
Interview Preparation: Support with preparing for an interview.
Welfare Checks: Regular check-ins with employer and young person to monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback.

End point:
Exit Interview: An opportunity to discuss their experience and provide feedback.
Onward Action Plan: An onward action plan detailing key milestones, actions and aims for work/training beyond their placement.

Support provided will be monitored in line with our established quality assurance measures (e.g. observations, sampling) to ensure each Kickstart Placement is delivering quality and consistent support that is helping young people become more employable.
