Incepteo is searching for someone passionate about technology and sales, full of energy and with good judgement. You will be working closely with the senior management team and will support to be successful in your job.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for the role, will be self-motivated, and use their initiative to work autonomously. The ability to listen, understand and solve customer problems will help you succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, telephone manner & written.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Proven telesales experiences
Proven experience of high-volume outbound activity
Follow-up on outbound marketing/sales leads
Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Build relationships with prospective clients
Manage sales pipeline
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit via CRM Hubspot
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in inside sales or lead generation, telesales roles.
Experience in customer communication through high volume of outbound.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Demonstrated sales success.
Strong communication and skills, especially over the phone as well as written (emails).
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
CRM experience desirable.
Bachelor’s degree an advantage, not required.

4-22 Foundation are the Gateway for these additional opportunities. 4-22 Foundation have a successful track record of placing young people aged 16 to 24 into full-time employment. They have placed over 50 people into full-time employment through their employment training programme.
Their team of professional employability advisers will provide training, advice, guidance and support in:
CV writing, Interview Techniques, Time Management, Soft Skills for the workplace, Online Video interviews, Online Testing (Psychometric tests, Situational Judgement tests, Verbal reasoning tests).
Their support will be delivered online. Each Kickstarter will receive a minimum of nine core sessions during this period.
In addition to these core sessions, 4-22 Foundation will also consult with the employer to provide tailored and personalised employability support to each young person. This will provide the instruction they need to find work within their chosen career.
4-22 Foundation will also utilise their network of employers and experience to provide shadowing opportunities and online sessions where young people will have opportunities for online sessions with employers. This will enable them to gain the professional advice and support they need to advance and become more employable within their chosen field.
4-22 Foundation will also chart future actions and career pathways to enable each young person to remain in employment after their kickstart placement has been completed.
