Working entirely from your home environment as an Ethos young leader you will be part of ethosvo.orgs distributed team whose aim over the last 10 years has been to develop and design new pathways to creativity enterprise and success.
The businesses we create are focused purely on Social impact. Improving work workforce wellbeing and urban living through tech business collaboration and innovative new models
You will have the opportunity to work across all areas of our business from finance and administration to sales marketing social media video production business model creation programming data science website development branding and graphic design customer support and account management.
We are right now working on issues as diverse as wellbeing for 300000 front line employees to smart cities to improving adult social care and affordable housing.
Data science plays a huge role in our business.
Your role will be either to support experienced social entrepreneurs or to shape the future by developing your own entrepreneurial skills.
We are looking for self starters. Individuals who want to work in a place that is all about purpose not profit.
You may not know what you real strengths are or where your career will develop but we have recruitment and mentoring tools designed to help you with these key issues.
There are no minimum qualifications required. We will recruit entirely on aptitude assessments. We are looking for some or all of the following skills:
ability and access to the internet, preferably through a desktop laptop
good communication skills both written and oral
good numeracy skills sales and marketing
copywriting and communications,
social media and influencer specialist, writer and content editor,
bid and proposal writing,
video and audio editor,
virtual / hybrid event management,
digital event coordinator,
website designer, policy analyst and researcher,
In terms of experience, we would be happy to take on young people with no experience as well as those who have both qualifications and experience that would be able to contribute and/or benefit from training in any of the above-mentioned areas.
Fully Flexible between hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Each young person placed with us will receive:
Training and training opportunities through participation in Ethos core activities as well as directed learning through Ethos partners or publicly available courses.
A dedicated work mentor to help develop their potential and monitor their professional development, including training needs analysis and follow up.
A dedicated well being mentor to help ensure that they are feeling generally positive and supported, and to raise any concerns that they may have about processes, teams and outcomes. This is particularly important as we may be facing more Covid lockdowns.
Help to guide them through the process culture of home working if necessary.
Assistance with building personal networks, CV and individual value proposition for future activities and projects.
Career transition support ie onward employment outside Ethos or potential employment within Ethos.
