The Role would be as follows:

Preparing marketing material to be packed and posted out to clients.
Research potential opportunities to recruit foster carers.
Good Telephone and IT skills as the candidate would be handling enquiries from potential foster carers and would be processing information digitally.
The candidate would be working professionals from different backgrounds, good communication is key

Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with potential foster carers via telephone and emails. A flexible approach when working in a team.
Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients. Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once accuracy and attention to detail when finalising customer profiles.
being open to feedback and willing to make changes with
effective networking skills to build relationships with clients.

M-F. Flexible may need to work weekends if there is an event taking place

This suite of Personal Development for Employability qualifications has been developed to provide individuals with the knowledge and understanding to enhance their success in employment in a range of different occupational sectors. The content and structure of each qualification are designed to be flexible for learners to achieve a variety of employment-based skills.

How long will it take me to achieve this qualification?
These qualifications have been designed to be flexible and can be adapted to suit the needs of different centres and a range of varying learner requirements. The programme duration of each qualification will be dependent on a number of factors, including the credit size of the qualification chosen, whether the award, certificate or diploma and the choice of the delivery model selected by the centre.

How is the qualification assessed?
These qualifications can be delivered and assessed flexibly based on the requirements of the centres and the needs of learners. Most units can be evaluated by producing a portfolio of evidence. However, some units are assessed through multiple-choice question papers. A selection of units requires learners to undertake practical exercises to demonstrate their competence. Learners who complete this qualification will gain the skills and knowledge needed to start work in a variety of different sector areas.

What next?
Learners completing this qualification may wish to progress to the Highfield Level 2 Personal Development for Employability qualifications, sector-specific vocational qualifications, or an apprenticeship.
