Our company: We are Healthcare company in Nottingham. We are focused on providing high quality services and care for our clients and now seeking an organised, ambitious self-starter to join our team.

Your role: You will aid with daily activities required by our clients
Your duties and responsibilities: We will help you to grow and learn to complete the following tasks.

Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary
Helping tidy the patient’s home or room
Talking to patients and reassuring them
Attending meetings with other healthcare professionals
Assisting other staff when needed
Adhering to professional standards
Undertake any additional duties as required to meet the objectives of the company.
What you will need:
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently
Clear verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work well with their hands
Capability to accept criticism

SKILLS NEEDED
A Level 2 Certificate in Work Preparation for Health and Social Care, Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care. Either one of these would be advantageous

WORKING HOURS
Monday Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
