We have an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Assistant to join our exciting recruitment business.

All you need is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy talking to new people.

We will teach you to talk to people who are looking for jobs and assist them in finding suitable positions.

We will also teach you how to use our computer system to enter the candidate’s details, search for jobs for them and arrange interviews.

We have a good mix of young and more experienced staff to encourage you and help you learn. We are also a training company so have lots of people and tools to help you learn in the way that works best for you.

This is a great opportunity to join a training programme that will provide you with the skills to become a professional recruitment consultant.

10am to 4pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour unpaid lunch


As a recruitment and employability training business we will provide all the benefits and support of our professional recruitment specialists and our employability training consultants.

Kick-Start employees will be able to join all our available employability training programmes, such as, work-place behaviours, confidence building, team-working, presentation skills, CV preparation, marketing and job search, targeting sectors and transferrable skills. They will also be able to join other personal and business developmental training programmes, such as Customer Service Excellence, Time-Management, Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing, Sales as a Service and so on.

Additionally, each Kick-Start employee will have an individual nominated mentor who will work with them on a daily basis, to guide, teach, mentor and support with all the prerequisite tasks together with constant on-the-job guidance and support from personal mentor and other individuals and team colleagues.
