We offer a range of products including online courses, energy services from gas & electric to electric vehicle charging points, telecom contracts and also payment solutions such as contactless card terminals EPOS systems. We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic people to join our growing sales team in Daventry.
The role: Sales operatives
Be the core of the business, generating leads and negotiating contracts with potential clients
Meeting sales targets
Reaching out to businesses, developing connections with prospective clients.
Required to work 25 hours/week, flexible hours
Engage with your clients and keep track of their contracts
Become fluent with the CRM and auto dialler systems
We offer office based or remote working from home (will need own computer/laptop & headset if working from home)
Research and share key information with our sales team about companies in advance of meetings scheduled
Maintain an accurate, documented Sales Database.
Report to the Sales Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Following up on sales leads, on site surveys
Providing quotations & following through acceptance
Educating customers about the products and services offered
Work with our leadership team in developing email messaging and content
Utilise various avenues (e-mail, telephone, conferencing etc to follow up sales leads)
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and our sales team

SKILLS NEEDED
Proven work experience as a Sales operative
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus but not essential
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to work with multiple computer systems.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to senior people
An energetic approach & a can-do positive attitude
Excellent spoken and excellent written English: able to explain issues clearly and in detail to a variety of audiences
Basic understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts to enable negotiation on contractual terms
Able to provide consistently high level of customer service
Strategic thinker
Ability to “think on your feet” during a conversation, tailor the conversation to the audience's needs, and overcome objections.
Basic education required

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 12pm to 5pm Monday to Friday 9pm to 2pm Monday to Friday 2pm to 7pm

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
We will deliver a core minimum of 8 modules over the 6 month’s kickstart scheme & depending on the job role we will offer specific training depending on the individual’s roles
