Team working with customer service
Learn how to use database system
Help clients and passengers with questions, to understand products and services
Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message
Assist decision making to take orders, track orders
Check Supplier details are correct (including service media and descriptions)
Check service availability for customer orders and contact suppliers if necessary
Check bookings are correctly listed and confirmed by suppliers with booking reference numbers
Send additional information where requested by suppliers
Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly and patiently
Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes
Regular feedback to Operations Director

To attend work location (29 Caldecote Gardens, WD23 4GP), 1-2 days per week during the 6 months of employment
