Our company: We are Healthcare company in Nottingham. We are focused on providing high quality services and care for our clients and now seeking an organised, ambitious self-starter to join our team.

Your role: We require an organised individual to act as a Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator for our Healthcare business.

Your duties and responsibilities: We will help you to grow and learn to complete the following tasks

In charge of the weekly rosters, including seeking cover when carers are absent. In charge of scheduling for the following week.

Willing to cover and handle the calls in an emergency situation.

Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, with regards to care visits and minor requests, or directing them to the right person/department.

Ensure that all booked care hours are filled.

Work with the Healthcare Team to implement new care packages on the weekly roster, including identifying the right carers.
Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines

Four GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths.

You will need to have:: Preferably with NVQ level 2, NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Prior administrative experience would be advantageous, ideally within an HR, domiciliary care or recruiting function but not essential

Monday Friday 9.30am 3.00pm
